Defending Your Kingdom

TEXT: 2 Kings 3:22-27; John 3:16; Rom. 5:8; Matt. 28:10-15; Esther 3:8-11

INTRODUCTION

The kingdom of the devil has been fighting against God's kingdom by every means available to stop the gospel from going on. The only gospel which the devil fight much is the one of church growth and prosperity.

I - SATAN DISCIPLES HAS GONE AHEAD

• Satan started fighting against the kingdom of God with money and material things from the beginning. Matt. 4:8-10
• The devil knows that with what he can give he can stop the kingdom and the gospel from advancing.
• Jesus Christ of latter days - the church of Mormon - Jehova witnesses - All these people have great printing press to destroy the kingdom - Eckankar - Resucrucians - Muslems etc. Mal. 3:8-12
• Hamman gave a large sums of money to destroy the jews in Shusan. Esther 3:8-11
• We must go and stop Simeon of Samaria. Acts 8:5-13
• We must go and stop Bar-Jesus. Acts 13:2-12
• We must go and the ****** telling girl. Acts 16:16-19

II - PRESERVING THE BODY OF CHRIST FROM DELAY 1 COR. 9:7-14

• Joseph of Aramanthea could not allow the body of Christ to suffer shame. Matt. 27:57-60
• Where are the Joseph's of the body of Christ - Mary was sitting. John 20:1-16
• Mary - Joan - Suzan did not forget what Christ did for them. Luke 8:1-3

III - DEFEND THE KINGDOM OF YOUR FATHER

• Someone must give to destroy the false prophets and stop their lies in the world. 3 John 2:8
• Making giving a lifestyle is the only way to rise to a higher level of life. Prov. 11:24-25
• The spirit of God works when people are willing. Acts 4:32-37; 2 Cor. 9:1-2, 6-11
• Abounding in giving too 2 Cor. 8:1-7
• Cornelius gave until he made memorial. Acts 10:1-7

IV - MAKING A MEMORIAL

• Selfishness and stinginess makes people never to pay their tithes. Neh. 13:10-13, Haggai 1:3-11
• Men reject God at the time he needs them. Ps. 78:9-10, people forget what God has done for them easily. Job 36:10-12
• A great evil on earth. Eccl. 5:13-15
• His name change to a fool. Luke 12:16-21
• One man buys land, builds a church and hand over the key to the leader.
• Observers of situation. Eccl. 11:6
• God is complaining. Isa. 43:23-24
• Make covenant with God. Ps. 50:5-6; Psalm 126:5-6
• Cain is dead but the Spirit of Cain is still working on people. Gen. 4:1-5
• What of Noah's prophecy. Gen. 5:28-30
