Restoring the Dignity of Man on Earth
TEXT: Genesis 1:27-28; 2 Cor. 4:13-18; Job 8:7
Intro: Though man lost his glory at first, Jesus came to restore this glory so as to bring back
the dignity of man on earth. The devil thought he could stop the purpose of God for creating man
in his image, but he lost his plans when Christ came and defeated him on behalf of man. You
can do anything to the glory of God if you dare to step out of your comfort zone to achieving
great things.
RECOVERING THE IMAGE OF THE FIRST MAN
Genesis 1:27-28; Isaiah 51:1-3; Psalm 8:1-7
- God made the man to reign, be on top, control, command and be in charge on earth.
- The man by creation is meant to bring joy and fulfillment to God.
- The major purpose of man's creation was to worship and adore God.
- Man is a solution to the problem of God concerning work and making the earth a better
place of life.
- The man appeared when there was a need to dress and keep the garden.
- Until the man came into existence there was no rain fall to water the earth.
- Discover the image of the first man and build your life towards excellence.
- When you discover your true image, you will fight to achieve God's desire for you.
- You are God's ambassador on earth on every sphere of governance.
- Without man, the earth would have been a jungle for trees and animals.
- God created man and invested all it takes to sweeten the world in him.
FREEDOM FROM THE CAPTIVITY OF SATAN
Ezekiel 28:11-19; Mark 10:46-52; Mark 3:1-15; Luke 7:11-18
- Satan took advantage of man's fall to keep manipulating him through sin.
- Many men misuse and abuse the authority of God and they go on despising Him.
- Many have sold their dignity to Satan, Jesus has come yet they refused to be free.
- The devil impersonated men and uses them to fulfill his mission on earth, not only women.
- Until a man is free from serving the devil his future will be completely dark.
- Nothing good can happen to man until he is free from the captivity of the devil.
- Poverty, sickness and diseases are the product of the devil for man, but man can be free.
THE FALLEN MAN IS RISEN
2 Cor. 5:17; 2 Tim. 2:15-20; Phil. 4:13; Eph. 15-23; 2 Chro. 4:9-10; Isaiah 49:24-26; Isaiah 43:1-7, 18-19;
Isaiah 41:10-20
- God has made a new way to bring all men to dignity and honor.
- Nothing can change the mind of God over his plan towards man.
- When God says I will do a new thing, He is doing it in man without reservation. Isa. 43:18-19
- Nothing has ever changed in the plan God has concerning man.
- The devil thought that God would reject man for His original purpose, but he lost his plan.
- Heaven has not said no to any of man's sincere requests.
- Until man understands his place in Christ, he will continue to battle with rejection.
- You can exploit the divine ideas placed within you to bless your generation.
- Whatever you see on earth is made by someone who discovered his God given potential.
- There is no level you cannot reach in life if you decide to walk with God.
CONCLUSION
- Man is the ambassador of God on earth.
- God is always ready to use man at all times.
- No one is rejected even in their isolation.
- It is time to meet your Maker for divine fulfillment.
