Walking In Dominion

Text: Gen. 1:26-28; Luke 10:17-19; Prov. 3:19-26; Lam. 3:37; Num. 23:19-24; Prov. 4:18

INTRODUCTION

Dominion is not just an ordinary word but a lifestyle, an active life, an action, it means to rule, to be on top, to be in charge, to be in control, to dominate, to occupy. Clash of Power Acts 8:5-13 (Demons/Occultist); Acts 13:6-12 (False prophet).

WHAT IS DOMINION - DISCOVER THE POWER IN YOU

  • Dominion is all about trust in the Lord or on a high power at all times every where and to acknowledge him in all - Prov. 3:5-8
  • When the spirit of a man is connected to three Supernatural then all about him becomes divine and controlled by heavenly power - Prov. 3:1-4; 2 Cor. 5:17-20 - It is God that works in us
  • You cannot be worrying and be able to win in any warfare - Phil. 4:6-8 - Worry says God is not able.
  • You are either dominating or you are being dominated - James 4:5-7
  • You are either talking or you are being taken over - James 3:11-18
  • You are either drawing near to God for his strength or you are drawing near the world for destruction - James 4:7-8
  • He is able to keep you from all evil - Phil. 1-6
  • He is faithful in all things - 1 Thess. 5:24
  • Daniel purposed in his heart that he will not defile himself - Da. 1:8-9
  • Daniel could stand because he did not defile himself - Dan. 6:9-11, 16-22
  • Connecting to God gives you safely - Prov. 3:19-26
  • When you despise the devil and uphold God's authority you will be saved.

STANDING FIRM IN YOUR DOMINION LIFE

  • Many people talk fear when they think about the native doctors, witchcraft and other powers of darkness but listen - Num. 23:23-24; Isa. 41:10-16; Luke 10:17-20
  • Every thing that is satanic is meant to be walked upon trampled upon, marched upon by believers because Jesus has destroyed the devil and made a public show of him. - Col. 2:5; Rom. 16:20; Luke 10:17-18; Prov. 3:24-26
  • Faith confession does not mean absence of problem but rather recognizing the problems existence but demoting it. - Luke 10:19

CHANGING EVERY SITUATION BY DOMINION CONFESSION

  • It is not your situation that will change you but you have to change your situation. The gates of hell shall not prevail but you shall prevail the gates of hell - Matt. 16: 17-18
  • Until you have the revelation of Christ you cannot have dominion over the situation around you. - Matt. 16:13-17; Matt. 10:1
  • The Spirit of dominion is the faith of Christ implanted into our spirit through the Holy Spirit to accomplish the remaining work of God in the world. - 1 John 4:4; 1 John 5:4
  • Your thought towards God determines the way you see the things of the world and how you speak. - Rom. 4:19-21; Luke 5:4-6
  • In the spirit world the only language that brings change is the language of faith which is dominion - Gen. 1:1-3; Rom. 4:17-18
